998 stone silicone weather resistant sealant single component, neutral curing; the formula does not contain inert small molecule components such as plasticizers, and has good adhesion to various materials such as marble, granite, and cement board; it has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.
Basic use:
Dry hanging stone curtain wall engineering weather resistant sealing; joint sealing between stone and other materials; bonding and joint sealing of ceramic engineering: many other building and industrial uses
Construction Guidelines:
Use solvents such as toluene to clean the interface and keep it dry. If it is necessary to use primer to enhance its adhesion, construction can only be carried out after the primer is dry; During construction, sealant should be used to fill the joints and ensure adhesion on both sides. Adhesive tape should be applied to areas that require protection, but the tape should not touch the surface to be constructed. Before the adhesive is cured, edge trimming should be carried out immediately to achieve a beautiful appearance.
Usage restrictions:
Not suitable for structural bonding; not suitable for surfaces of all materials that may exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents; not suitable for tightly ventilated areas as sealants need to absorb moisture from the air for curing; not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces. It is not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or places that are damp all year round.
Precautions:
Special attention should be paid to maintaining a good ventilation environment in the sealant construction site; Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion. If the eyes accidentally come into contact with uncured adhesive, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Storage period: Keep in its original sealed state and store in a cool and dry place below 27 ℃. The storage period is 9 months.
