DESCRIPTION

In the production of insulating glass, the first seal is applied, paired with polysulfide and silicone sealants to complete the dual-seal process. Hot melt glue extruders are used in the insulating glass production line for application. The amount of adhesive can be controlled by adjusting the temperature and pressure, with the extrusion temperature ranging from 120°C to 140°C. The ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 8°C.

It has good air tightness and excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation. When used in conjunction with silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant, and others, it forms an excellent moisture-resistant system. It can be continuously used for 20 hours within a wide temperature range without carbonization, loss of adhesion, or decomposition. It has low density, high brightness, and excellent extrusion molding properties.
