Introduction
Two-component polyurethane adhesive is one of the most important categories of polyurethane adhesives, which are widely used in large dosage. It is usually composed of two components, A and B, the two components are packaged separately, and they can be prepared according to a certain proportion before use.
The two-component polyurethane sealant belongs to the two-component reaction curing type and is composed of two components, A and B. Group A is divided into milky white or light yellow viscous polyurethane prepolymer, and group B is divided into black paste or liquid formed by mixing curing agent and auxiliary agent, etc., which has certain elasticity and cohesiveness after curing (component A: component B =10:0.8~1.2). It has anti-sagging property, and the vertical seam and top seam do not flow. The cured adhesive layer is rubbery and elastic. It has adhesion to metal, rubber, wood, cement components, ceramics, glass, etc., and is used to fill voids (holes, joints, joints, etc.). It has both bonding and sealing functions.

Principle
Two-component polyurethane sealant base treatment, the adhesive surface must be neatly treated (portable uttinge machine, grindning whoel, brush, etc ), so that the coated surface exposed a solid structural layer. The joint surface, must be ompletely dry, clean and frost-free. All dust and cement slurry on the surface must be cleaned. The rust layer and protective cpani on the metal surface should also be removed. If the structure is not dry, it can be dried by blowtorch. The porous surface needs to be coated with the base coating before gluing, and the base coating only needs to be brushed with a thin layer, and the surface can be coated with sealant caulking after it is not sticky.

Packaging
The two-component polyurethane sealant is packed in 25kg boxes or 25kg drums.

This product is not toxic after full curing. And before curing, please avoid its contact to eyes.In case of contact the product with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water, and seek medical treatment. Kept the product away from children, and pay attention to ventilation during the curing.
